After you arrive in a city, our guide will meet you at the airport. He/She will await you at the arrival exit, holding a board with your names on it. You need to navigate through the terminal building by yourself before you reach our guide. Try to ask the airport staff for help if you have any problems. Please pay attention to the board with your name when you reach the gate.
If due to the overcrowded passengers, you may not see your guide, you should remain staying at the same exit spot.
If after the crowd is gone, you still cannot find the guide, you should make a call to contact our office or the contact person(if after the office hour), which is listed on your final document.
