      I don't know if you remember, but when we came at your office to pay the package you had prepared for us, we made a check for the full amount without remembering that we had already paid an advance a few weeks earlier.You phoned us the very next day to tell us that you would give us back the money on our way back to the airport, and that's what you did. Here, chances are that we would never have seen our money again.
You know, organizing a trip out of our country, with a travel agent we never met and living so far from us could be risky... We don't know if everything will be well organized, if the agent is really an agent and if he is honest. It is very easy to fool people by Internet. But we have been very lucky to fall on you. Everything has been perfectly organized, all the trip went perfect and you have been very honest and reasonable in your fares. When we talk about our trip, we always say to people that without you, it could have been a nightmare instead of a wonderful trip... Many thanks again...
