Shanghai has some of the best shopping streets, the most up-market boutiques and the biggest department stores in China, and it remains a shopper's paradise. Nanjing Lu is still the main shopping artery and the busiest street. Yu Yuan Bazaar is the shopping place for curios, souvenirs and the sort of antiques, and the price are not too high. The bazaar is full of Mao memorabilia (little red books and badges), replica old-style posters and postcards of sing-song girls and the like.
